We have managed to hit 3g of Beta-Alanine for this 60ml Shot, This is a highly effective dosage. Beta-Alanine combined with a full gram of Taurine your performance is definitely taken care of.

We have added a combination of Caffeine, Uridine and a great dosage of VitaCholine®, this combination is going to have you dialled into your workout much more than your average Pre-Workout Shot.
