Step Party-- 15 minutes of easy to follow and intense step; Kick Party-- 15 minutes of nonstop kickboxing; Lower Body Party-- 15 minutes of lower body sculpting with varied weight training; Upper Body Party-- 15 minutes of upper body sculpting with varied weight training; Core Party--15 minutes of abdominal/back strengthening exercises; Yoga Party-- 15 minutes of varied yoga poses.
